Summary: Tuesday, Feb 3, 2015, House Republicans voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act. The next vote stop will be the Senate. Majority leader Mitch McConnell says that the Senate will vote on the matter, but didn't give an expected date. However, the tough part might be yet to come. Republicans have yet to deduce a plan for 1. replacing the federal law and 2. what to do if the Supreme Court comes back and says that insurance is now being provided to millions of citizens. Vote count; Repeal - 239, Do not Repeal - 186. The vote followed mostly party lines expect for three Republicans. Democrats say that this is the 56th time for a vote on repealing Obama Care but that this time is different because millions are enrolled.
