Obama is calling to end these conversion therapies because a Whitehouse.gov petition was signed and reached 120K signatures, which requires a response from the President. “As part of our dedication to protecting America’s youth, this administration supports efforts to ban the use of conversion therapy for minors.” said a senior advisor to Obama.
